Payment Terms:

• 25% deposit upon group confirmation.

• 25% payment 45 days before the group’s arrival.

• The remaining 50% payment 20 days before the group’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit, minus any administrative fees.

• Cancellation between 45 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
