  • Vendicari Natural Reserve: Located on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, this natural reserve hosts some of the most beautiful and secluded beaches on the island, including Calamosche beach.   • Regional Natural Reserve of the Mouth of the Platani River: Located on the southern coast of Sicily, this natural reserve offers pristine beaches and a wide range of natural landscapes, including marshes, sand dunes, and a vast expanse of Mediterranean scrub.   • Natural Reserve of the Stagnone Islands of Marsala: Located on the western coast of Sicily, this natural reserve comprises a series of islands, including Mozia Island, which offer some of the most spectacular beaches on the island.
