Let's start with our first reference: 'the mountain.' We have always lived on Mount Cammarata, and it is from its nature that our passion is born, which we have been promoting for a long time. We then added 'Excellence,' and now we reveal the reason: the territories of Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini offer wonders that make this place unique and special.
For example, the olive oil produced here was awarded the best in the world at the 'International Olive Oil Competition' in 2022. The wine, produced in a winery dating back to 1469, won Bronze in Brussels and preserves the oldest hybrid of Nero d'Avola in Sicily.
But it's not just the food and wine sector that shines: the caciocavallo cheese made with the rare red Modicana cow was elected the best Sicilian cheese a few years ago. Also, a farm in Cammarata took second place in the Gambero Rosso blind test for the best yogurts in Italy, and in 2022, the 'Bronze' award at the 'World Cheese Awards' with Fior di Pepe.
Driven by the desire to protect and enhance the island's agrobiodiversity, some local companies consider the production of healthy foods, respectful of the environment and people, an ethical duty for every farmer. Currently, these companies grow ancient Sicilian grains organically, from which they obtain stone-ground flours of the 'russello' and 'perciasacchi' types, handmade pasta, legumes, olives, natural flavors, and dried fruit. They also host the official headquarters of a Conservation Field for the germplasm of ancient Sicilian fruits.

In the heart of Sicily.
We are located in a strategic position in Sicily, between the province of Agrigento and Palermo. The fastest way to reach us from Palermo is the S.S. 189 in the direction of Agrigento. For those coming from eastern Sicily, it is advisable to take the Caltanissetta-Agrigento (S.S. 640). For those arriving from western Sicily, there are several options available, such as the Sciacca-Agrigento road or that of Palermo.
