- The standard service covers up to 12 travellers.
- Assistance is provided only to registered WhatsApp numbers.
- An active internet connection is required.
- Direct management of medical or financial emergencies, lost luggage and accommodation disputes is not included.
- Cancellation: a full refund is available when cancelling at least 24 hours before the service begins.
